The four key recommendations of the report are:
1) Housing for Seniors
2) Accessibility for Seniors
3) Caring for Seniors
4) Opportunities for Seniors

The CAI report is recommending Lift Improvement and more
rental house options for the seniors.
There must be efficient and cost-effective Government-subsidised.
Some have ensured long-term sustainability in service provision for
the seniors.
We can go and visit old folks homes and help the elderlies over
there.
We can also organize a workshop for the seniors to learn how
to use technology.

We can make something to allow the elderly to use latest technology so that 

the generation gap will be closed and we can also help the elderly by designing

a home for them so that they will be able to live comfortably.

We can make a special software for them to use so that they can get involved

with technology.
